I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and provide individual therapy for adolescents and adults; family therapy; couples therapy for couples at any stage, who adhere to any relationship configuration. I have 7 years experience working in residential treatment with adolescents and their parents, primarily addressing issues of self-harm and suicidal ideation; trauma; personality disorders and attachment disorders. My experience also includes treating depression, anxiety, substance use/abuse, grief and loss, and spiritual/religious trauma. I bring humor and warmth into the therapeutic space, creating an accepting and comfortable environment. My therapeutic work is primarily informed through systems theory and attachment theory and I use a mix of therapeutic models. I see clients in Minneapolis (Monday-Wednesday) and in Edina (Thursday & Friday).
