I am board-certified by the American Psychological Association (ABPP) with knowledge of evidenced based & cutting edge interventions in rehabilitation and neuro-psychology Allow me to share with you strategies and techniques which will help tap into your unique, natural healing forces & energies, using them to attain physical, mental and emotional wellness. I use an eclectic array of interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral, motivational interviewing, systemic approach, and psycho-dynamic techniques. My work is dependent on the nature of the person(s) I treat as well as the presenting problem. Regardless of the method, my approach is always collaborative in nature.
