*Accepting New Clients** I am a Trauma informed therapist who helps individuals and couples overcome past trauma in order to alliviate anxiety, pain and depression. I work with individuals who are experiencing significant relationship issues, including but not limited to life changes in the relationship, divorce, and infideltiy. What if there was a way to reduce chronic symptoms, have a greater understanding of yourself, improve your relationships and live life more fully? Sometimes, it is hard to imagine how or where to start, but you don’t have to do it alone. As a counselor, I use an eclectic approach. Some therapeutic interventions include: CBT, Solution-Focused, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Positive Psychology to help individuals with successfully navigating the obstacles in their lives.
