I am a Certified Grief Recovery Specialist as well as a BA in Psychology, MA in Holistic Health Medicine , combining the two modes of thought to assist griever’s on their road to recovery from all types of loss, guiding them through a process of completion in order to heal a broken heart as well restore the mind, body and spirit so they can live fully again. I have over 20 years of experience working with adolescents to older adults, and am an educator for the public on Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. I have also had the joy to sit as an adjunct professor in the Holistic Health Department at Georgian Court University.
