My specialty is working with women of all ages to increase their ability to assert themselves in their personal/professional roles. In addition, I will also help/support women build their self-confidence, ability to navigate their intimate relationships, and life transitions (i.e. new relationship, job change). My purpose is to help clients to move forward in their lives. I believe that it takes courage to reach out to start the process of therapy. My vision is to create a safe space where you can express your authentic self. My hope is that the client leaves the office feeling empowered and ready to face life with their full potential.
