Navigating your way through postpartum depression, anxiety, depression, infertility struggles, relationship discord or other women’s issues can often appear very overwhelming and even hopeless. With my 16+ years as a Labor and Delivery Nurse, as well as my extensive clinical training at The University of Pittsburgh and Carlow University, I’ve learned first-hand the importance of caring for the mind, body and spirit. I offer mindfulness, cognitive and holistic based therapies (specialized for women’s issues), depression and anxiety counseling, couples therapy, as well as affirming services for post and pre-natal issues. My schedule is flexible to accommodate your busy schedule and my rates are affordable. My goal is to provide support, while we work to set goals for your future and develop the tools necessary to reach them.
