Therapist Overview

I have experience in working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues. Mental health issues, in many communities, are not talked about openly. Suppression of emotions overtime can only increase stress which can impact us all mentally and physically. My passion includes working with young adults and couples dealing with difficulties such as, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and stress. I consider myself a value and skills-based therapist. I focus on breaking down each client’s individual narrative and work to understand the problems they have identified while assisting each person in learning new and productive coping skills. In doing so, you will learn to identify and change your outlook to one that is more powerful and positive. I find it a privilege to walk along side my clients as they navigate their current season. I am a firm believer in the importance of curiosity, support, and building a relationship with each per
