I specialize in trauma work and transitions. Life can become messy when change happens. My focus is to support my clients through life’s difficult and challenging times. My approach to therapy is based on connection and understanding. We will build on your strengths and work together towards increasing feelings of calm, connection, and being grounded in your daily experiences. I work with adults during times of change and with women and men experiencing infertility, loss, as well as Prenatal and Postpartum mood changes. I am trained as a family trauma professional, helping individuals and couples foster connection and intimacy. I specialize in trauma informed care, self-regulation, attachment, and Integrative Behavioral Couples therapy. My experience providing clinical care to Veterans, LGBTQ+, and new families, drives my passion for providing inclusive care.
