Hello and welcome! Working with youth & young adults is a passion of mine, as is supporting youth & caregivers in increasing their understanding of one another with the goal of strengthening child-caregiver relationships. I feel a particular pull to support young people in tuning into their internal voice so that they can build a strong sense of self-worth, & so that they are then able to navigate life transitions & all that comes with those transitions with that much more ease. I have experience providing individual, family, group, & collateral support in home, school, & clinic settings. I also have several years’ experience working specifically with foster-involved & adopted youth and families. I am honored to be in this profession and am constantly inspired by my clients.
