She/Her/Hers

Are you your harshest critic? Do you find yourself annoyed about your sensitivity or the feelings that arise within you? Welcome. I work well with folks looking to lead a life with more honesty, flexibility, and hospitality for their emotional experience. By challenging black-and-white thinking, harsh narratives, and helping you with meaning making around your emotional experience and responses, therapy provides an opportunity allow you to connect better with yourself, and those in your orbit.

Therapist Overview

I am a trauma-informed relational psychotherapist for adults and young adults in Washington state. I work with those who are hard on themselves, folks who feel stuck, the overwhelmed and burnt out, exhausted perfectionists and people pleasers. Many of my clients are folks in their 20’s and 30’s navigating seasons of change, who seek out weekly therapy as a place to explore the depths and emotional terrain around their identity, trauma, grief, connection to desire, and relationship issues– specifically around family of origin.

By lending honest, and gentle curiosity towards all that you hold— in pattern, silence, and in body, I find that we can come to rediscover softness, connection and breath in places formerly marked by disconnection and pain.
