As an advanced trained Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, I practice EFT – empirically validated therapy informed by cutting-edge neuroscience. When we meet, you will find that I have profound respect for you and do my best to support you by facilitating felt change via human relationship. I also support individuals experiencing relational distress, anxiety, depression, issues around sexuality and spirituality. I also use mindfulness to help clients access a deeper level of being and feel honored to have the privilege of facilitating healing. For couples beneath all relationship struggles lies a common theme – the human need to feel secure in the arms of your partner. EFT makes safety priority. As intimacy and trust grow, your relationship transforms and becomes safer. Repair is truly possible. Research validates that EFT provides relational distress reduction in 90% of couples. My artistic qualities make me good at working with children. When I work with kids and teens I use play therapy. As an immigrant I have a lot of empathy for minorities, immigrants and people of color, which makes me multi-culturally competent.
