It can feel overwhelming and difficult to know what to do when past traumas trigger panic attacks, anxiety or depression. Many have been in therapy or used other modalities to some degree of help, yet are seeking a deeper way to heal from their suffering. In our work together I provide practical techniques that clients learn and can use on their own as well as provide a safe relationship that allows a space to come to know oneself.
