I practice individual therapy, but in my work with children/teens, I like to incorporate parents/family members into therapy as much as appropriate. I offer a compassionate yet direct approach, using a variety of treatment modalities in order to best suit your needs. Depending on age and background, I typically incorporate trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy activities, and exposure and response prevention (ERP) therapy. The majority of my training is in anxiety and trauma. I know how daunting it can be to look for a therapist.
