I believe healing is a journey to renew and restore the whole person, mind-body-heart. When working together, we start with your strengths and natural resiliency you already possess. I don’t just help provide answers but offer solutions while ushering breakthrough! Healing through compassion toward yourself will allow you to be the person you were originally designed to be, restoring your your mind-body-heart into alignment. Through a trauma-informed approach, I provide holistic services, specializing in the care for trauma, special needs, and adoption/foster care for individuals, families, and parental support. I interweave approaches to heal your whole self, such as EMDR, EFT/”tapping,” IFS, DBT, Theraplay & play therapy, behavioral strategies & ABA with mindfulness. I want to be supportive and be available to meet your goals! I have office and telehealth sessions available to clients.
