Jessica DeBoom

My aim as a therapist is to help you live a rich, full, meaningful life. I do this by creating a compassionate, non-judgmental and supportive space where I will assist you in exploring your current challenges and goals, help you clarify what is truly important to you, and provide support and tools to help you work toward the life you most want to live.  I work with adults of all ages in individual psychotherapy. I use an integrated approach, creating a tailored plan based on my client’s goals and individual strengths/challenges. I use evidence-based therapies including ACT (Acceptance & Commitment Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) and CFT (Compassion-Focused Therapy). I am certified in EMDR by EMDRIA.
