Welcome, it is my goal to provide this community a safe and private space for you to explore and develop a healthier approach towards positive change. I view therapy as the client being in the drivers seat and me providing a map towards a happy and healthier lifestyle. Stepping outside of your comfort zone can be uncomfortable. But taking this step can lead to a reduction in experiencing distress, increased satisfaction in relationships, greater personal insight, and a toolbox full of skills to managing symptoms. I look forward to being the passenger and providing a deeper understanding of how to cope.
