Life can be a wonderful, beautiful experience, but it can also be a challenging growth process with many obstacles. Wherever you are in your life process, I’m here to partner with you. Feeling safe, seen and heard are powerful and healing. My goal is to provide that safe environment for you to help you overcome those obstacles, get unstuck and find health and freedom. I have experience working in a trauma informed practice with individual adults who are facing various challenges including trauma, addictions, depression, anxiety, abuse, grief and loss, as well as relational issues, helping them get unstuck and acquire balance.
