I utilize a collaborative, client-centered approach to identify and develop a plan to assist and support you in achieving your goals in order to help you move toward improved overall health and quality of life. Therapeutic modalities include: Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
