Who I Serve

I am a licensed clinical psychologist whose approach to therapy is based on respect, collaboration, warmth, humor, and non-judgment. I am invested and motivated in helping you understand your experiences, whether they emanate from unsatisfying personal relationships, stressful transitions in your life, or being unable to meet the expectations you place on yourself. I work to help you begin to view these challenges from a perspective of strength and resiliency. Through a kind, supportive, and caring relationship, my goal is to assist you in lessening your pain through self-exploration and meaning-making. I am experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and both family and relational conflict. I use an integration of psychodynamic exploration and approaches with cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help you meet your goals. My clients describe me as compassionate, effective, and personable. I am also a skilled diagnostician, able to administer psychological evaluations that assess cognitive functioning, learning difficulties, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, social-emotional difficulties, and neurodevelopmental challenges. I am currently accepting new clients, so please do not hesitate to contact me. You can also visit my website for more info.
