When we experience emotions such as anxiety, depression, uncontrolled anger, or even thoughts of suicide, we may believe we are defective or broken. These symptoms contain valuable information and are worthy of attention. They are not character flaws. Extreme beliefs and emotions arise from various factors that can result in physical, emotional, or mental pain. Seeking help is a great first step to bring peace of mind, emotional relief, and balance. My specialty is assisting individuals who are struggling, feel powerless, or stuck in a rut. Steps may include (1) Identify if it is avoidable or unavoidable suffering. (2) Help you recognize where you have power and control. (3) Use introspection to see how inner beliefs affect your behavior in the world. (4) Explore, find, and be led by your inner-wisdom. I am an open, honest, and kind-hearted person.
