My name is Jamie Dynderski, LCSW. I treat individuals and families with practice approach focuses on the individual strengths of a client and creating a treatment plan to feed the unique needs of each client. I have training and experience utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and utilizing crisis intervention services. I have experience facilitating groups for youth to build social skills, life skills, and utilize an Aggression Replacement Training curriculum to learn effective strategies for anger management. I also have experience as a trainer for the Risking Connections curriculum teaching staff how to work with youth who have a history of trauma. I am an Intermediate practitioner in Low Energy Neurofeedback System (LENS) and Bioregulation Therapy to treat a variety of conditions: cognition, mood, motor functioning, motivation, anxiety, reactivity, pain, addiction, fatigue, impulsivity, and concussions/TBI. I specialize in Neurofeedback in our West Hartford office.
