I am very passionate in helping you find solutions to overcome your obstacles, so that you can reach your highest potential. I work with adults of all ages dealing with anxiety, depression, life-transitions, grief and loss, career and academic burn out, relationship issues, trauma and many other challenges. My approach to therapy is from an eclectic manner using variety of evidence based treatment options that are most suited to meet my client's needs. I apply Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) from a Mindfulness Based and also in Trauma-Informed approach. I have certification in Clinical Hypnotherapy, which I effectively integrate in to my therapy, if a client requests. Clinical Hypnotherapy techniques can be very effective in treating various disorders and conditions including weight loss, smoking cessation, pain management, surgery preparation etc."
