Hope Sideleau

I provide services for ages as young as 4 and through early adulthood. I believe in a client-centered process which focuses on your goals and wishes for treatment. Understanding each person's individual strengths, needs, and interests is a key part of the therapeutic process. My goal is to support and enhance communication around any difficulties and develop skills to address these problems. I often utilize Sand Tray work as part of my treatment process as a way to work through deep rooted difficulties with trauma, family, feelings and more. I have worked with a variety of clients including those suffering from anxiety, depression, behavioral issues and trouble within relationships. I believe the connection and relationship created through therapy builds a starting point for growth. Together we can create a space that feels comfortable, trusting and supportive.
