Additionally, I am experienced in postpartum and perinatal anxiety and depression. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am a Certified Gestalt Therapist and have extensive training in Mindfulness-based techniques, EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders.
