My practice is based in narrative and attachment theories, utilizing perspectives in mindfulness to develop skills to affect change in behaviors and thought patterns. I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Complex Trauma to support you in understanding yourself.
