My place in therapy is to create a safe environment where I can work along side you to help you find the right tools and solutions for you. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I approach therapy with a holistic lens that ties together the threads of your story, context, relationships and perceptions so you can gain clarity and insight and explore possibilities. There is endless possibility for growth and healing when you choose it.  I assist individuals, couples, and families with a variety of issues, through treatment based in attachment theory, solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and mindfulness.
