I have been in practice providing mental health services for almost 40 years! The experiences through the years has provided me with the tools to help every person I see today. Whether your concerns are family issues, relationship concerns, mood changes, or trauma experiences, I always do my best to provide the very best for my clients. I specialize in trauma, mood concerns and family issues. These kinds of difficulties usually involve our relationships because relationships can impact our ability to move through our situation or keep us mired in it. I do believe that finding the right therapist is not a “one size fits all.” I encourage clients to find the person who has the right education, experience and personality so they are comfortable and can benefit.
