Therapist Overview

My mission is to empower girls and women to face life’s opportunities and challenges in ways that foster resilience and enrich their interpersonal relationships and communities. I work with adolescents, young adults, pregnant and new parents, and early career professionals as they face social and academic pressures, navigate difficult relationships, and develop an identity that is authentic to their values and beliefs. I help clients learn to handle painful thoughts and emotions effectively, and I walk alongside them as they clarify what’s truly important and meaningful to them. I am passionate about supporting clients as they live through the harsh realities of misogyny, gender inequities, racism, ableism, and other forms of oppression. My approach as a therapist lends itself to helping clients navigate difficult situations with flexibility, self-compassion, and commitment to their values. Interested in Adult Services?
