All you need is a smartphone to access our therapist or prescribers. We are in-network with Cigna and Optum insurances but please be advised that we require all our patients to be frequently seen especially during the first month to customize your care for success. SohoMD is not a good fit if you suffer from bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or have a substance abuse problem. If you have a history of psychiatric hospitalization, participated or been referred to a DBT program you will need a higher level of care than what we have available at SohoMD. SohoMD clinicians do not prescribe any Benzodiazepine medications. Be aware that certain treatments require an in-person visit with a prescriber.
