Therapist Overview

I love playing a role in helping client’s navigate their life’s challenges. If you are in the midst of a challenge and feeling lost, the first thing I want you to know is that there is hope and new possibilities on the other side. And, trust me, during my 30 years of experience working through these challenges with adolescents, families, couples, individuals, I’ve witnessed this time and time again. The challenges any of us face are frequently tied to a series of events, particularly traumatic events, that can effect and overwhelm us at any age. These past events continues to fuel our present, creating ongoing stress that will not be relieved until it’s addressed. Individual and group therapy provides the opportunity to explore these challenging issues, gain greater self-awareness and make lasting changes, all while feeling understood and supported. I am motivated to provide you with experienced and effective treatment within a warm, caring and supportive environment. Together
