Frank is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with many year’s experience working with children, adolescents, adults and family dynamics in inpatient, outpatient, and chemical depended facilities. Frank specializes in treating depression, anxiety, relationship problems, multi-level trauma, grief and loss, substance use, mood disorders, communication and intimacy challenges, anger management, problems related to internal and external stressors, career paths, life transitions: large and small, and increasing one’s self-worth: value and esteem. Frank earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Penn State University with a concentration in human development and his Master of Arts degree from Immaculata University in Counseling Psychology with an additional addiction certification. He draws on principles from psycho-dynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing, family systems therapy, dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT) mindfulness techniques, and has a strong belief in blending various theoretical interventions to meet individualized treatment goals.
