Who I Serve

Loving presence is at the heart of my practice. I trust the inner wisdom of each individual and view the therapist-client relationship as a collaboration. We all experience challenging seasons of life. In difficult times, we may realize that our habitual behaviors and patterns of relating to others are out of alignment with our core values. I believe that the body holds a deep wisdom that each one of us can ultimately learn to trust. My clinical experience includes addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, family-of-origin issues, and eating disorders.
