I provide individual, couple and family therapy and specialize in teenagers and adults. I conceptualize concerns thru an attachment and family systems perspective and apply solutions. I value evidence-based theories and interventions and holistic treatment getting to the root of the concerns. This brain based approach helps heal trauma, addictions, mood disorders and relationships. I have advanced training in emotionally focused therapy and Gottman Institute couples therapy. I have practiced in inpatient settings and own a transitional living home for women recovering from eating disorders and own a group private practice. I diagnose and treat mood, anxiety, eating disorders, substance abuse, trauma, self esteem, coping skills, relationships, life transitions and women’s issues. I provide comprehensive, multi-disciplinary treatment approach for wellness. I bring compasssion, passion and purpose to the healing process.
