Who I Serve

My professional passion and focus at this time is working with women of all ages (21 & up). Many clients come to me with post-traumatic stress from significant trauma (including various kinds of abuse and sexual exploitation), self-esteem, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and grief/loss. I also see women struggling with issues surrounding pregnancy and the childbearing year, including Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) and birth trauma. Confidential therapy sessions provide a safe place for clients to share their stories, feel heard, and have the opportunity to discover a new sense of joy and purpose. I individualize therapy by integrating various techniques from Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, Narrative, and other therapy approaches, as well as drawing from mindfulness/meditative practices.
