Ellen Marie Frison

I am a dedicated and experienced clinician focusing on healing trauma, loss, spiritual development, and many other personal challenges experienced in life. I have extensive training and expertise in the fields of trauma including physical abuse, adult and childhood sexual abuse, domestic violence and grief. I desire to assist my clients in achieving their goals, processing trauma and discovering their truest selves. I am an EMDR Clincian and Certified in Trauma Focused CBT, Heart Centered Hypnotherapy, and BreathTherapy to create whole mind/body/spirit healing. I am also a Reiki II Practitioner. I have specific training that will help others with traumatic experiences to understand the effects of the incident to their emotional, physical and spiritual state. I also teach techniques that deal with symptoms from the trauma and ways to process the memories to allow a more productive life.
