Therapist Overview

My personal belief regarding the therapeutic process is that the client is the expert on their own lives, and it is my responsibility to create a safe and supportive environment in which to grow a collaborative therapeutic relationship. I have been developing my therapeutic style over the past few years, and I have come to practice from a narrative lens while incorporating emotion-focused interventions with my clients. I strive to come from a place of curiosity and humility with all people, while allowing space to foster change. I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, intimacy struggles, those in recovery from eating disorders or substance abuse, or coping with various life transitions. I love working with couples in monogamous and non-monogamous relationships, people exploring kink, sexuality, and the LGBTQIA+ community. I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from the University of Oregon and received my Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Lewis & Clark College with a focus in sex therapy. I am a registered Marriage, Couples, and Family Therapist intern and I am supervised by Emelie Blank, LPC.
