I specialize in adolescent counseling and have enjoyed working with many students as a counseling intern at Communities in Schools of North Texas for a year and as a Director of Christian Education at Messiah Lutheran Church for over eight years. I am also trained to work with adult clients. My experience has prepared me to work specifically with crisis situations, depression, anxiety, interpersonal struggles, self-esteem issues, grief, and coping skills. With all of that being said, I see the opportunity to work with anyone and help them grow as a privilege. I believe that you, the client, have everything you need to be the best version of yourself. In other words, the only expert on you, is you! I hope to serve as an unbiased sounding board that is focused on helping you see and be comfortable with your true self.
