For over fifteen years I have worked as a psychotherapist, specializing in child, adolescent, individual, and family therapy. I am passionate about helping others overcome conflicts and learn effective coping skills. Life can be hard sometimes! I have a PhD in Counseling and a Masters in Psychology, with training in Play Therapy and Solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT). I would love to offer my expertise and experience to help you and your family navigate through this challenging time.

My specialty is in working with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and family therapy and helping them with issues such as relationship and family conflicts, parenting/co-parenting, divorce, life-changing conflicts, adjustment and behavioral issues, trauma, anxiety, depression, anger, substance abuse, grief, stress, ADHD, and others. I believe that everyone, including children, can learn to give a new meaning to what happens in their lives, overcoming difficulties, and growing as a person. I am looking forward to working with you and helping you and your family overcome this difficult season. I can provide therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
