Who I Serve

How are you coping with the COVID-19 era? Are you anxious, having difficulty sleeping? Worrying about your business, family, future? I've had 30 years of experience helping individuals learn strategies for dealing with crisis situations and anxiety. Due to the pandemic, I'm offering video-therapy for individuals to work on these strategies. I will work with you to diminish the anxiety and increase the positive, as we find that all is not lost and there is a way to a "bigger and better" future. A feeling of safety and a reminder of reality are both important in the therapeutic relationship for change to occur. Trust is gained as the therapist walks with the patient into the perceived fearful arena. I use individual and group work using Cognitive Behavioral, Psycho-dynamic, Drama, and gradual Exposure Therapy. Calling me would be your first step in facing the anxiety that most people feel in the face of making a commitment to therapy. It can also be a step through a doorway into a better
