I am a seasoned Mental Health Counselor who is fully capable of working efficiently with clients. I have a compassionate approach and utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but will opt for other treatment approaches that are effective to meet individual client needs. I am expert in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and counseling clients in both individual and group capacities. I have extensive experience in treating clients with depression, anxiety, grief, substance abuse/dependency, PTSD and many other mental health concerns. I focus my treatment to meet the clients needs and offer support to families. I work with children, adolescents and adults. My counseling style is participatory, which is the secret of my success with many clients with mental health issues and I have been successful in connecting with my clients on a level defined by them, allowing me to delve deep into their problems and provide well-suited solutions.
