I believe that in the therapeutic process is essential to help the client identify misunderstandings in relation to oneself, to others, or in relation to their interpretation of life events. My main goal is to individually assess and provide the client with appropriate coping skills to decrease their emotional pain and unhealthy repetitive patterns.
