There are many unsettling issues and challenges individuals encounter as they move through each developmental stage of life. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, and/or stressor-related disorders, you can work through those barriers and develop a meaningful and purposeful life in a particular developmental life stage. Whether you are trying to navigate through school or balancing personal and/or professional relationships, it has always been my desire to assist people in reaching their goal of personal peace as they journey through their life path. In a therapeutic session, I assist individuals using a Cognitive Behavioral approach that will allow them to understand how harmful or inappropriate thoughts can dictate negative behaviors and outcomes. My professional scope ranges from childhood, adolescence, early adulthood, family and marriage therapy to older adults. Also, I work with adults who have experienced life changing health issues or those who are currently experiencing challenges of being the primary caregivers for their family members and others.
