Who I Serve

Life can be painful; we often lose sight of ourselves and the things that matter to us most while we try to manage our distress the best we can. As your therapist I will help you find your path to a fulfilling, authentic, and meaningful life, even when faced with the suffering that life undoubtedly brings. I believe therapy should be a safe and affirming space for you to explore the context of your troubles, recognize your strengths, and find a path to healing, connection, and value. I work with clients on a range of issues including anxiety, depression, identity development, and adjustment to life transitions. I also specialize in sex, intimacy, and relationship concerns including sexual dysfunction (low desire, erectile issues, painful sex, orgasm difficulties), poor communication, disconnection, and lack of intimacy. I provide therapy to adolescents (16-17), adults, and couples from diverse backgrounds. I am passionate about serving the LGBTQIA community and also enjoy helping young
