I am trained in Infant Mental Health, TheraplayR, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Play and Art treatments, Mindfulness, and DDP (Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy. I use the treatment styles that help people in pain or trauma. My training and experience make me uniquely suited to help a variety of people. No one ever comes to my office because they are having a great day. I offer a variety of therapy to help you meet your needs. We will work as a team to determine what your goals are and how I can best assist you.
