I am accepting new clients, and able to provide counseling in-office, or via telehealth using HIPAA complaint technology. I provide individual & family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Treatment is strength-based, and person-centered to support emotional and personal well-being. I have worked in various communities, and I am comfortable helping people from various backgrounds and cultures. I have experience working with individuals with co-occurring developmental disabilities and mental health disorders. I use various modalities of psychotherapy to meet client’s needs. I believe in the importance of confidentiality, in addition to meeting client’s needs. I believe in mind-body health and collaborating with various support systems to promote overall optimal health and well-being. I am available Mon-Thurs 10-6, and Fridays 10-5. Hours may vary depending client’s needs.
