Working with horses offers a unique opportunity to learn about yourself and practice being the person you want to be. And getting out of the office can help you get out of your head. For your convenience, I also offer traditional therapy via video chat. Both talk-based and experiential therapies can help you accept yourself while improving how you respond during difficult situations. In other words, therapy really can help you live better! I specialize in cognitive behavioral and mindfulness-based interventions to address a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, grief and trauma. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy to children and adults. Horse sessions occur at the equestrian center, or I’m happy to work with you remotely via video chat. As a psychologist, I’ve had extensive training in assessment, diagnosis and treatment. I enjoy providing clinical supervision at Temple University as well as working directly with clients.
