Who I Serve

We can all agree close loving relationships are complicated. Do any of these concerns sound familiar to you? "We are considering living together and getting married, but we have a lot of apprehensions." "We are at our wit's end. We fight constantly. There is never any resolution." "Sometimes I feel like I married my mother or father." "I get flashbacks of the affair. I am triggered by everything." "We feel like roommates, like ships passing in the night." "We are tired of trying to please each other and failing." "I want to feel like I matter to my partner. I am always last behind work, extended family, and friends." I have been privileged to provide counseling to couples, families, and individuals as an NJ Licensed Clinical Social Worker for over 25 years. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, family systems therapies, Motivational Therapy, Mindfulness, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma recovery. We want to matter and be cherished by our loved ones. My approach is to have your experience validated in a safe place. It is an experiential process in which you feel empowered, feel more connected to yourself and others, and learn how your struggles have made you stronger. We are still here for you! Virtual therapy is accessible and effective. We can help.
