As a therapist, Chelsea operates from a client-centered, strength-based perspective. She has experience working with a wide range of issues including complex trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, relational conflict, anger management, attachment disorders, parent-child conflict, grief and loss, and other emotional concerns. While her focused work has been on adolescents and children, her experience includes working with clients in many different stages of life from childhood to adulthood. Chelsea specializes in treating complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and distress associated with life transitions in adolescents, emerging adults, and young mothers. Chelsea has worked with clients in individual, family and group settings. She utilizes Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and DBT.
