Therapy can be a place to find support, hope, and practical skills. I use a sense of humor and empathy in sessions to help build a positive and therapeutic relationship. I believe that we all need someone to talk with who will really listen in a nonjudgmental and supportive way. Working together, I will provide tools to help reduce feelings of anxiety or depression, increase self esteem, or help get through challenging life events. I also have experience working with children, teens, and families. I can provide clients a safe place to explore the issues that may be preventing growth and happiness. I have experience and training to help address trauma, grief and loss, family dynamics, and can provide parenting support. I am only offering telehealth sessions at this time.
