Allow me to help you work through complex issues to situational, to in the moment feelings and problems. We will create a toolbox of self care, coping skills, and emotional management tools, using talk therapy, relaxation techniques, and development of appropriate coping skills. My work with every client is individual based and client centered using your thoughts and interests. I use CBT to help clients develop new and more positive ways of thinking about their problems. I bring warmth, kindness, and humor when appropriate to session. Let’s work together to help you reach a more peaceful and mentally healthier place! I have experience working with a variety of issues such as depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, self-worth, family/marital conflict, and life transitions. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I am very passionate about working with children, adolescents, women, and young adults. I do not have the answers but I believe you do! Inevitably life can be tough but in each hardship there is an opportunity to learn and grow. Seeking help during these time is such a courageous thing to do.
